Feminism: The word

No I don’t support feminism.

It does not mean that I don’t want women to get equal rights as men have. It actually means I don’t support the word “feminism”.

Google defines feminism as

In today’s world not only women are there to fight for women right but many men are equally participating in these fights for women rights.

But this word separates the world into two sections, so it is actually creating differentiation on the basis of thoughts. The mindset of some people around us when they listen to word feminism is that a woman want the particular right because she is a woman. No…. She deserves each and every right because she is human.

As G.D. Anderson said

Feminism isn’t about making women stronger.

 Women are already strong.

It’s about changing the way the world percieves that strength.

That’s completely okay to use a word you like but if the word that is referred to be another word for equality is causing inequality then what is the use of that word.
